Because Hospice of the Valley specializes in palliative and end-of-life care, our team of professionals - physicians, registered nurses, case managers, hospice aides, social workers and spiritual counselors - work with you as an extension of your services to provide your patients and their loved ones with the specialized medical care and support they need. In addition to expert care, we also offer guidance and coaching as well as emotional, spiritual and practical support for caregivers and loved ones.
