Healthcare Professionals
Hospice of the Valley believes the end of life is an intensely personal journey. In collaboration with you, we work with each patient and family to develop an individualized plan of care that meets their unique needs and helps them to live every moment according to their wishes.
Interdisciplinary Expertise
Our expertise includes medical directors, nurse case managers, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers. Meet our physicians.
Caregiver Education
Knowing that caregivers can be ill-prepared for their new roles, our registered nurses provide individualized instruction so family members and friends can become skilled and confident caregivers.
Emotional and Practical Support
Experienced social workers help patients and their families come to terms with issues and concerns throughout the end-of-life process.
Grief Counseling
Grief can appear in many forms. Licensed counselors in our Community Grief and Counseling Center help caregivers and loved ones of all ages sort out the emotions and questions that present themselves when individuals are grieving.
